●Do you deliver Pan-India? Yes. We serve more than 28000 pin codes across India. 

●What are the general shipping or delivery timelines? We take 2-5 business days to process your order (our business days are monday to friday excluding national and/or regional holidays) and prepare it for dispatch. The delivery takes 3-5 business days post dispatch in India.

As all products are handmade and prepared with care, dispatch timelines may vary.

During periods of high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer than the usual processing time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that such delays may occur.

We request your patience in such cases, as each piece is made with attention to detail.

Please note:

Delays in dispatch due to high order volume do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

●What are the shipping charges associated with an order? The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

●Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)? We currently don't offer COD. All other online payment methods are available as mentioned above.
